Join the Student Executive Council
We have an open spot for the Secretary of Finance on the Student Executive Council for Fall 2018! If you are interested in this position and in joining SEC, check out the application form below.
The deadline to submit the form is MONDAY, MARCH 26TH by MIDNIGHT. You are also required to submit a scanned copy of the Signature of Confidence form (available at Runyan Desk) with this application. Late submissions will not be accepted.
After application closes, candidates will be asked to attend Senate Meeting on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 28TH. This Senate Meeting will be the platform in which candidates have the chance to present themselves and students to ask questions.
Voting will open at 7 p.m Wednesday, March 28th (right after Senate), and closes at noon Friday, March 30th. Results will be announced that afternoon.

Join A Committee
Campus Life Advisory Committee
Advises the Dean of Student Life regarding co-curricular life policies, providing perspectives from across the community. Oversees periodic revisions of the Earlham College Community’s Principles and Practices. Serves as a conduit for community ideas for ideas regarding co-curricular life policies. Reports to the Faculty Meeting, Employee Council, and Earlham Student Government as a matter of information, to keep all community members updated. The meeting time for the committee has been set to be on Thursdays from 4 - 5:30 pm. Please make sure that you do not have any conflicts on your schedule before applying. The deadline to apply for this committee will be February 18th at 11:55 p.m, and interviews will be required.
All-class Gift Committee
Is composed of members from Earlham College’s student body. The mission of the All-Class Gift committee is to raise funds that will directly impact the student experience and Earlham College as a whole. This committee will be around a month commitment with an emphasis on volunteering on Earlham Day (April 18th).
Works with Metz Dining Services to suggest improvements in food options available on campus. The committee will meet biweekly with Metz staff. Currently there is yet a specific meeting time set for this committee, the meeting will be build around your schedule. Accept application on a rolling basis. No interviews required.
